1. What is your return/exchange policy?
All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase for a full refund. Return shipping costs are not included. Sale items are non-refundable. Returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after delivery and receipt. International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
2. Shipping Policy, Import Duties/Taxes
Orders shipped within New Zealand and Australia qualify for free shipping.
For all other countries/regions, orders over $129 qualify for free shipping with no customs duties or import taxes.
Orders under $129 will incur a $15 shipping fee and may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to your local customs authority upon delivery. Fees vary by country/region.
3. When do you ship orders?
Most orders ship within 8–16 business days. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. Please note that during peak seasons, it may take 5–7 business days to process your order.
4. I did not receive an order number. How do I know my order was completed?
Our system automatically sends a confirmation email with your order number after purchase. If you did not receive it, please check your spam folder. If you are concerned your order did not go through and you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us at info@aurastone.nz.
5. Can I update my shipping address?
Please check the address listed in your confirmation email right after purchase. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@aurastone.nz.
Note: Once an order has left our warehouse, we cannot change the shipping address. Failure to provide the correct shipping address may result in delays or misdelivered packages. In such cases, our company is not responsible for any loss or damage caused.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel any Aurastone order as long as the order status is "Processing." Once the status changes to "Shipped," we can no longer make changes or cancellations as it is already with the carrier.
7. My item arrived damaged.
Our products are handcrafted with great attention to detail and quality. Due to the delicate nature of some designs, breakage may occur, though it is rare. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and send photos of the item along with your receipt to info@aurastone.nz. Defective items are eligible for replacement within 30 days of purchase. Damage from regular wear and tear does not qualify for replacement.
8. Do you offer price adjustments?
As a retail business, our prices may change based on trends, inventory, and customer demand. Therefore, we do not offer price adjustments.
9. Will my item look the same as on the website?
The color and size of genuine stones may naturally vary. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product photos. We aim to make our photos and descriptions as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color may occur due to natural gemstones and individual device displays.
10. Are your crystals natural?
Yes, all of our crystals are 100% natural unless otherwise noted. Any enhancements, such as dyeing or heat treatment, will be clearly stated on the product page.
11. Do your crystals come with metaphysical information?
Yes! Each product page includes details about the energetic properties of the crystals.
If you leave your birth date in the order notes, we will provide you with a personalized crystal energy note, and sometimes even a custom reading based on your order date and items.
12. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
13. How should I care for my jewelry?
Avoid contact with water, chemicals, and perfumes, as they may cause tarnishing and discoloration. Gently clean with a dry, non-abrasive cloth.
